The Subscription Price is \u00a30.015 per Warrant Share.<!--more--><\/p>\n<p>An application  will be  made to the London Stock Exchange for the  Warrant  Shares, which will rank pari passu with the Company\u2019s existing issued ordinary shares, to be admitted to trading and dealings are expected to commence at 8:00 a.m. on Tuesday 15 March 2011. <\/p>\n<p>Following the issue of  the  Warrant  Shares  the Company\u2019s total issued share capital will be 341,259,208  Ordinary  Shares  of  \u20ac0.01  each.  In  accordance  with  the  Financial  Services Authority  Disclosure  and  Transparency  Rules,  the  Company  has  341,259,208  Ordinary Shares of  \u20ac0.01  each in issue, each share carrying the right to one vote.
