Proposed acquisition of Mzuri Energy Limited and Mayborn Resources Investments (Pty) Ltd<\/strong><\/p>\n

The Directors of Kibo Mining plc (\u201cKibo\u201d or the \u201cCompany\u201d) (AIM: KIBO) the mineral exploration and development company in Tanzania have, in accordance with AIM Rule 14, requested the London Stock Exchange to suspend trading in the Company\u2019s share on AIM with immediate effect pending publication of the admission document in respect of the acquisition of Mzuri Energy Limited and Mayborn Resources Investments (Pty) Ltd.<\/p>\n
