{"id":5768,"date":"2016-05-31T08:11:36","date_gmt":"2016-05-31T08:11:36","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/kibo.energy\/?p=5768"},"modified":"2016-05-31T08:11:36","modified_gmt":"2016-05-31T08:11:36","slug":"share-issue-5","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/kibo.energy\/index.php\/share-issue-5\/","title":{"rendered":"Share Issue"},"content":{"rendered":"<h5>31 May 2016<\/h5>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Kibo Mining plc (\u201cKibo\u201d or the \u201cCompany\u201d) (AIM: KIBO; AltX: KBO), the Tanzania focused mineral exploration and development Company has today issued 433,835 new Ordinary Kibo shares of \u20ac0.015 par value each in the capital of the Company (the \u201cSettlement Shares\u201d) to service providers in settlement of invoices. 321,457 of the Settlement Shares were issued at 3.733 per share to RFC Ambrian for corporate advisory fees to the Company in the amount of \u00a312,000. The remaining 112,378 were issued at 4.5p per share for project management services to a service provider in Tanzania in the amount of \u00a35,057. Application will be made for the Settlement Shares to be admitted\u00a0to trading on AIM and the JSE AltX markets. Trading in the Shares is expected to commence on AIM and the JSE on or around 3rd\u00a0June 2016 (\u201cAdmission\u201d).
