The 2015 Annual Report,\u00a0which also contains the Company\u2019s Notice of AGM, is in the process of being printed and will be mailed to shareholders on or before the 21th of June 2016.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><!--more--><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">The Company\u2019s 2015 AGM will take place at 10 a.m. on 21st of July 2016 at the Conrad Hotel, Earls fort Terrace, St Stephen\u2019s Green, Dublin 2, Ireland.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Please note that the Notice of AGM includes an Appendix which summarises proposed changes to the Company\u2019s Memorandum and Articles of Association (\u201cM&amp;A\u201d) to align them with the new Irish Companies Act 2014 which was enacted in June 2015.
