Kibo Mining plc (“Kibo” or the “Company”) (AIM: KIBO; AltX: KBO), the mineral exploration and development company focused on gold, nickel, coal and uranium projects in Tanzania is pleased to announce its abridged condensed consolidated annual financial results for the period ending 31 December 2014.
The Company’s Annual Report, which contains the full financial statements accompanying this announcement, is in the process of being printed and mailed to shareholders, at which time a copy thereof will also be made available from the Company’s website at www.kibo.energy. Details of the date and venue for this year’s AGM, which will take place towards the end of June, will be announced shortly.
